Responsibilities

Lead electrical engineering teams on technically complex data centre projects.

Provide technical, design, and contract management expertise across all project stages.

Act as principal engineer, liaising with clients, contractors, and internal teams.

Oversee project scope, schedule, budget, and financial performance.

Mentor senior and mid-level engineers, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.

Identify business opportunities and maintain strong client relationships.
Requirements

Degree-qualified in Electrical Building Services Engineering or equivalent.

Chartered Engineer (CEng) or working towards it; membership of CIBSE, IET, or similar.

Experienced at Principal Engineer level, leading multi-disciplinary teams.

Strong technical knowledge in data centre electrical systems, with hands-on project experience desirable.

Skilled in managing complex projects and client relationships.

Excellent leadership, communication, and mentoring skills.
